Very lovely Italian lady who cooks everything by hand herself, passionate about food and Ibiza, using fresh ingredients.
Tried vegetarian and serrano & figs pizza and shared a bowl of orrechiette with artichokes - out of this world.
We will return for the sweets!
3 servings of pizza (took one to go), 2 drinks and 1 pasta were 25€, very fair price for this high quality (summer 2025).One of the best hidden gem of Ibiza, amazing food cooked with love, everything is good here and super affordable, you can get a real decent meal like lasagna , cannelloni, or meat based for as little as 7€! I am always mind blown by the quality, go without hesitation!!
Best italian food in town, made with love , very affordable , possibly to eat on the spot or take away. I always go there whenever in Santa Eulalia !

Food is delicious. Porchetta panino was out of this world. The lady in charge is kind and passionate. She may need a bit of help with English or Catalan/Spanish to improve service. Price is a bit high, but I think it is worth the money. I couldn't try anything but the panino, but pastries also looked great. I wish I could come back and try more things. If you can, try them and tell us!

The nicest little Italian shop-bakery on the island. Amazing focaccia, pastries, coffee, wines, delicacies and the lady running it, you can only love.
It's an Italian bakery that has fresh sandwiches, pastries and also some supermarket products like pasta from high quality brands. The staff were very friendly. It has a small bar where you can sit to eat. Cost 4 euros/sandwich.
Amazing cakes, taste properly homemade, great multilingual service, fantastic coffee and very affordable prices.

Ho scoperto Impasto solo poco tempo fa ed è diventato il mio posto preferito a Santa Eulalia! Prendo sempre la focaccia romana con verdure miste, davvero deliziosa, e l’altro giorno ho provato i cannelloni bianchi con ricotta e noci… da perdere la testa! Mai mangiati così buoni, neanche in Italia. Sempre un piacere fare due chiacchiere con la proprietaria. Qualità prezzo imbattibile.

I discovered Impasto only recently and it has become my favorite place in Santa Eulalia! I always order the Roman focaccia with mixed vegetables, really delicious, and the other day I tried the white cannelloni with ricotta and walnuts… to die for! Never eaten so good, not even in Italy. Always a pleasure to have a chat with the owner. Unbeatable quality/price.
Productos caseros y de calidad optima!!! Fuimos a probar las focaccias y estaban buenisimas!! Tienen muchisiima variedad en dulces y productos italianos. Irene ( creo recordar que se llama la que nos atendió encantadora y super eficiente). Te calienta la comida y está todo delicioso!!

Mais comme je reviens deux fois par an à Santa Eulària, je m’étais bien promis d’y revenir.
C’est chose faite et par trois fois.
Je tiens d’abord à souligner l’extrême gentillesse de la personne responsable de la boutique.
Quelqu’un ici a mentionné son caractère désagréable.
Les bras m’en tombent !
Je lui avais acheté l’an dernier deux petits gâteaux ( par ailleurs délicieux) , c’était la fin de l’après-midi, elle m’avait spontanément fait cadeau du dernier qui lui restait, alors qu’elle ne m’avait jamais vu…
Cette année , j’ai exploré cet établissement de manière plus approfondie : c’est une boulangerie pâtisserie italienne qui vend aussi des produits salés le midi : des sandwiches, des focaccia, et des plats cuisinés comme des lasagnes.
Tout est fait maison et tout est délicieux.
On peut consommer sur place, c’est une excellente alternative aux restaurants qui reviennent à force assez cher.
On y trouve également de nombreux produits italiens, vins, fromages, conserves, jambon et charcuterie.Traducción
Last September, I discovered this establishment (open for two years) two days before the end of my stay, which meant I hadn't been able to taste many of its products. But since I return to Santa Eulària twice a year, I promised myself I'd return. And I did, and three times. First, I'd like to highlight the extreme kindness of the person in charge of the shop. Someone here mentioned her unpleasant nature. I'm amazed! Last year, I bought two small cakes from her (which were otherwise delicious), it was late afternoon, and she spontaneously gave me the last one she had left, even though she'd never seen me before... This year, I explored this establishment more thoroughly: it's an Italian bakery and pastry shop that also sells savory products at lunchtime: sandwiches, focaccia, and ready-made dishes like lasagna. Everything is homemade and delicious. You can eat in; it's a great alternative to restaurants, which tend to be quite expensive. You'll also find many Italian products, including wines, cheeses, preserves, ham, and charcuterie.
